The course is for CET IIB. It teaches fundamental aspects of combustion engine technology.

  • Provide an understanding of the principles 4 stroke piston engines and gas turbine combustor technology.
  • Perform efficiency analysis of such engines
  • Introduce state of the art engine concepts to reduce emissions and increase efficiency.
